Step 1 - Instructions
The Choral Festival Registration form has six sections. You may save your work in the first five sections and come back to it at a later time. The first five sections must be completed before final submission of registration and online payment. You will need the following information as you register for the festival:
Group Information - Your school, name of your choir, your accompanist, and the director's contact information.
Performance Pieces - Titles, composer information (include birth-death dates), arranger information, publication information, and soloist information.
Staging Details - Number of performers, need for extra music stands, other staging needs.
Changing Room and Meal Reservations - Will your ensemble need changing rooms? For how many men and women? Will your entourage be eating a meal in the Lander University cafeteria? How many meals?
Online Payment - Make your registration payment using an American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa account. Please note, you cannot save or return to information in the online payment section at a later time.

Step 3 - Performance Pieces
Please enter the details of your three performance pieces for the printed festival program. All fields are required and include the title, name of composer or arranger, composer or arranger’s birth and death dates (enter "NA" if unknown), publisher, publisher number, and names of soloists. (NOTE: If you will perform only two pieces, please enter "NA" for all 1st Piece information fields.)

Step 4 - Staging Details
The stage set will have six (6) sets of choral risers, a music stand, a conductor's podium, a page turner's chair, and a Steinway grand piano with adjustable bench.

Please Note: Students in participating choirs are prohibited from changing wardrobe in campus restrooms. Please reserve changing rooms for choir members who will be changing clothes before or after your performance.

Cost is $6.00 per person. Please Note: Due to a record number of students on campus, the cafeteria will only accept a single payment for all choral festival meals. Please see FAQ's for more information.

To finalize and submit your registration information, please click on the submit button. You will receive a digital confirmation of your registration via email. After submitting your information, you will proceed to Step 6 - Online Payment. PLEASE NOTE: Any registration and reservation information received between January 26-31 will be subject to the late registration fee of $90.00. Registrations will not be accepted after January 31.
